100 STEPS

Before criticizing others walk in his shoes

for 100 steps and get the feeling of his conditions

and then criticize him.

Use words sparingly for negative purposes,

if at all you have to use.

Get the experience of keeping silence when others criticize us .

PRAY BEFORE TAKING FOOD

A prayer before taking food can produce saliva in your mouth.

You cAn simply sit or pray as you like,
it has merit of producing saliva before the food goes to stomach. This process helps to produce Ptayalin ; that helps in better digestion of the food.

Eat slowly without showing urgency;
Enjoy your food.

what you eat is note more important; it is how you eat.

If you eat enjoying the food ;
with very less quantity you will feel fulfilment.

The quality of the food you eat improves ,
this improves your mental quality also.

The qality of the food you eat matters ,themost than the quantity.
Eat judisciously.

UTILIZE EVERY MINUTE

Utilize every minute of our life,
because the minute which has gone from us is gone for ever
and future is becoming present
and present is becoming past..... so fast.

CAN WE CHEAT OUR SELF.... OR SHOULD WE?

THERE IS NO ONE IN THE CREATION WHO CAN CLAIM THAT HE IS NOT CONTROLLED.
our aim should be to bring all living entities -back to their original conciousness,Aim at curing man of his meterial disease and re establishing his original conciousness.

EVERY ONE REGARDLESS OF HOW IMPORTANT OR POWERFUL, HAS A CONTROLLER OVER HIS HEAD....THE SUPREME CONTROLLER-----ISWARAH.

THE SUPREME WITNESS- SITTING WITHIN THE HEART-----BE TRUTHFUL TO YOURSELF....ONE CAN CHEAT OTHERS....BUT CANNOT SAVE HIMSELF FROM THE SUPERIOR'S LAW.THE LAW OF THE SUPREMO--THE LAW OF THE NATURE.

GOD DOESN'T INTERFER WITH OUR TINY INDEPENDENCE. ULTIMATELY ONE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL HIS ACTIONS.----BOTH GOOD AND BAD.

OUR PIOUS ACTIVITIES ARE AWARDED BY GOOD FORTUNES ;AND SINFULL ACTS BY SUFFERINGS. CONTAMINATION FROM SINFUL ACTIVITY REQUIRES PROPORTIONATE ATONEMENT. THAT IS THE PRESCRIPTION OF THE SCRIPTURES.

ONE SHOULD ALWAYS CONSIDER THAT BEHIND ALL ACTIVITIE IS SUPERIOR SUPERINTENDENCE; AND REWARDED AND PUNISHED ACCORDING TO THEIR WORK.....

DO INDIAN SCRIPTURES ...RECOMEND VARNAS ON THE BASIS OF BIRTH

Description on four varnas, definition of varnas based on the profession which has nothing to do with the birth or family background.
Anyone can opt for any varna.
Hence the varna word given in dharmasastra should never be mistaken with modern caste. Varnas are only four and castes are more than 6000 according to the latest senses in India.) now we shall go through the harma sastra descriptions !

* Detailed description on four varnas which are the stratification of the society depending exclusively on the profession of each individual.

* First the laws and duties connected with Brahmanas are described followed by those connected with Kshatriyas, Vaisyas and Sudras based on their profession.

* The definition of Brahmana is given as those who have learned Vedas thoroughly and their role in the society is to unite the society through spiritual and social rituals and customs.
* Performing all the religious Vedic and non Vedic rituals for all the members of the society from ordinary Brahmanas to Sudras is the duty of Brahmin . from birth to death all the 16 sacraments are to be guided for the society by the Brahmins .

* The duties of Kshatriyas are defined as learning, teaching the science archery and doing everything for the protecting the nation .

* The duties of Vaisyas are farming, agriculture and rearing the cattle and all the connected and related business work.

* The duties of Sudras according to dharma Saastra are doing the work for the society such as carpentry, masonry and metal work with general support for the society . ( Nowhere it is mentioned paada seva of Brahmin or slavery of Brahmins or others).

* ACCORDONG TO THESE SCRIPTURES....NOBODY IS SUPERIOR or INFERIOR..ALL ARE EQUALS.
* VARNAS ARE CREATED ONLY ON THE BASIS OF PROFESSION (like modern days doctors, advocates, enginers),NOT ON THE MERITS OF FAMILY or BIRTH
